Indianapolis, IN – SportsFans USA, a leader in database / loyalty software, strategy and customer development, announced today that Roly Poly has agreed to a multi-year deal with GO Rewards. The software, professionally used by the Arena Football League’s Indiana Firebirds, has revolutionized customer loyalty/retention programs by eliminating the need to invest in high-priced technology.
Roly Poly plans to replace it’s yellow stamp card with the online version in order to build an email database, increase sales, lower expenses, and provide a better experience for customers. “SportsFans USA’s Reward software is perfect for our stores because our goal is to build an email database so we can talk to our customers on a personal level,” said Thom Carmony, Roly Poly franchise owner. "Their software was the obvious choice for us to develop a customer friendly loyalty program that will boost our lunch and catering group sales and promote the Roly Poly brand in the area."
